School SummarySaratoga Elementary School has been educating students in the Springfield area for close to 30 years. We pride ourselves in fostering a positive school culture which values diversity and the partnership between home, school, and community. We develop positive relationships to promote student confidence and academic risk-taking. Teachers and staff consider the whole child - individually, culturally, and developmentally - and make decisions to allow all children to reach their potential.
Dedicated staff collaborate as a professional learning community to ensure high levels of achievement for all learners. Students are provided opportunities to experiment, problem solve, and make fruitful mistakes. Saratoga staff emphasizes the importance of teaching necessary skills to prepare students to become resilient, goal-directed, and global citizens in this rapidly changing world.
The Saratoga PTA and other valued partners from our community are active participants in the success and growth of our students. Their contributions allow for students to engage in multiple opportunities including field trips, celebrations, clubs, and assemblies.
